En su estómago tiene la cabeza y la cara, con un aspecto airado. Las nueve cabezas simbolizan los nueve planetas que ha devorado (eclipsado). Encima de todas las cabezas se encuentra la de un cuervo.

In Buddhist depictions he is portrayed with the lower body of a coiled serpent spirit (naga) and the upper body with four arms, nine heads, adorned with a thousand eyes.
