También se la conoce por Ushnishavijaya, es una emanación del Buddha Vairochana. Es una de las tres figuras de longevidad, junto con Amitayus y Tara Blanca. Se la considera como la guardiana de la sabiduría de Buddha. Simboliza también la purificación y la sanación.

Tiene tres caras y ocho brazos, de los cuales los cuatro de su derecha sostienen un Buddha en un trono de loto, una flecha, el mudra de dar (Varada mudra) y, un doble Dorje. Las cuatro manos de la izquierda sostienen un lazo, un arco, un frasco y la cuarta mano se encuentra elevada en el mudra de protección (Abhaya mudra).

Esta pintura se ha realizado sobre oro, utilizando una técnica especial para tallar el oro además de pintar.
